5. Client Responsibilities

Delays caused by the client may extend project timelines.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content, design work, strategies, and marketing materials created by Bright Path Digital remain our property until full payment is received.

• Upon payment, ownership of agreed deliverables is transferred to the client unless otherwise stated.

• We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all shared data, business information, strategies, and communications confidential.
We will never disclose client information to third parties except as required by law or agreed in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bright Path Digital will not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Website downtime due to third-party hosting issues

• Changes in search engine algorithms affecting SEO results

• Delays caused by factors outside our control

Our liability, if any, will not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service.

9. Third-Party Tools & Services

We may use third-party platforms such as Google, Facebook, hosting providers, plugins, or software.
We are not responsible for disruptions, policy changes, or performance issues caused by these external services.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing service with written notice.
Clients must pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
No refunds will be issued for completed or partially completed work unless agreed otherwise.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
